Ingredients:
1/2 pound large uncooked shrimp
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
juice from 1 lemon
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 baked tostadas
1 avocado, diced
1 large tomato, diced
1 15 ounce can of black beans, cooked (add a pinch of salt to the beans)
