Chocolate - blueberry cake recipe


This amazing recipe I founded at http://www.mojewypieki.com/ and I love it. The blueberries in this recipe will burst in your mouth as you bite into your slice. The cake is delicious with a cup of tea, or served as an impressive dessert

Ingredients for a larger cake:
  • 280 g plain flour (replace 5 Tbs flour with 6,5 Tbs cocoa powder)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 280 g butter or margarine
  • 200 g caster sugar
  • 5 eggs
Ingredients for a smaller cake:
  • 170 g plain flour (replace 3 Tbs flour with 4 Tbs cocoa powder)
  • 1 and 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 170 g butter or margarine
  • 120 g caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
Ingredients for vanilla cream:
  • 500 g mascarpone cheese, chilled
  • 900 ml whipping cream
  • 3 Tbs icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste 
In a mixer bowl put mascarpone and cream. Whipp until thick. Add sugar, vanilla paste and mix.
Additionally:
  • 300 g + 200 g blueberries
  • 2 packs forrest fruit jelly
