Croutons recipe

This amazing recipe I found at http://natashaskitchen.com/ and I love it. This is just mouth melting so tasty.Croutons are a great garnish for all kinds of salads, toss them in at the very last minute to prevent them from getting soggy. You want your bread to be at least a day old. It’ll be easier to cut and holds it’s shape better. This advice is perfect because they looks beautiful. I hope you enjoy it :)

Ingredients:

¾ lb loaf of bread, (5 cups of bread cubes)
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 medium garlic cloves, pressed
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped, or 1 tsp dried parsley
