1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 large Creole tomato, finely diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1-teaspoon parsley, chopped
Pinch of thyme, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco Worcestershire sauce
1 8 ounce can of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons water or broth
2 tablespoons cream
Dash of hot sauce
Pinch of Filé powder
1-tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
